In exclusivity for your next holiday, come and discover our **CHALET MARCEL** and enjoy a recently renovated chalet just for you, fully equipped to accommodate up to 14 people.
The **Chalet Marcel** is spacious and ideally located in the heart of the village of Saint Sorlin d'Arves, just a 5-minute walk from the shopping facilities, the **ESF**, and access to the slopes of the **LES SYBELLES** area. With an area of approximately 200m², it features:
On the ground floor, an entrance with storage, a relaxation area with table football, a lounge area with a TV, and a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first floor, a magnificent living area composed of a cosy corner with a fireplace, a WC, a spacious dining area with immense bay windows opening onto a balcony where you can admire skiers and the mountain views, as well as a modern kitchen equipped with ample storage.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, a kettle, a raclette machine, a toaster, and all the crockery for 14 people!
On the second floor, you will find a sleeping area with a total of 5 bedrooms, including 3 bedrooms with a double bed measuring 160x200cm and storage, a family room with a double bed measuring 160x200cm + 4 single bunk beds measuring 90x190cm, and finally, a mezzanine with two single beds measuring 80x200cm. For your comfort, this floor has a separate WC, a shower room, and a bathroom.
The location of this chalet is very convenient to be at the heart of activities: only 200 metres to reach numerous shops (grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, ski shops, bars, restaurants, souvenir shops) as well as the tourist office, the **ESF**, and the daycare.
Firewood is not included (the fireplace is a supplementary heating source) and is available as an option.
Pets are not allowed in this establishment.
Please note that bed linen and towels are available as an option and at an additional cost. You can order them up to 3 days before your arrival.
Arrival time: between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Please contact the reception before 4:00 PM in case of late arrival or for any questions regarding your accommodation by calling the phone number mentioned at the top of your voucher. The agency will reach out to you by email approximately two weeks before your arrival for the organisation of your stay. Departure time: before 10:00 AM.
To be paid on-site, on the day of your arrival: Deposit (Carte Bleue, Master or Visa only): from 400€ to 1200€ (depending on the type of accommodation). Mandatory cleaning: from 100 to 220€ (depending on the accommodation) Tourist tax. Additional paid services, subject to order and availability.
