General description of the residence
The Chalet LES SOURCES de la DAVIE ***** - TIGNES CASA range - is an independent chalet completely rebuilt in 2024, over 5 levels of accommodation, and 270 m² of living space.
The chalet is situated on the slope and offers large bay windows facing SOUTH and WEST that open up a stunning view over the village of TIGNES Les BREVIERES. On each floor, large outdoor terraces (100 m²) expand the living area to contemplate the ski domain, admire the massif of the SACHE and MONT-POURRI that face it.
The terraces are equipped with garden furniture, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a sauna; indoors you benefit from a pool with counter-current swimming, and a home cinema room.
6 en-suite bedrooms - including a kids' room - welcome restful and restorative nights, for a very comfortable sleep.
The chalet culminates with its large living room - lounge - dining room and kitchen, which are staggered by half levels under the roof and its wooden framework. An upright piano at your disposal will allow musicians to share their art and gather your guests around classical melodies, Jazz.. and who knows a few Rock N’ Roll hits..
