The layout includes four bedrooms: two bedrooms with twin beds on the entrance level, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with twin beds on the upper floor. Each level has a bathroom as well as a separate WC.

The living space located on the first floor consists of an open kitchen leading to the living room/lounge. The fireplace must not be used for safety reasons. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, four ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.

The chalet features a flat-screen TV, WIFI access, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. An outdoor parking space is available in front of the chalet.
