Upstairs, there is a bathroom, a shower room, a separate toilet, as well as three bedrooms with double beds, and a fourth bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed, for a total capacity of 10 people.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, an oven, an electric coffee maker, a kettle, a raclette machine, a toaster, and all the crockery for 10 people.

You will also appreciate its beautiful entrance with large storage spaces, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and electric shoe dryers.

RESIDENCE LES CHALETS DE L'ARVAN II:
Ideally located in a quiet area but very close to the ski lifts and the toboggan run, with many hiking trails nearby. The area is close to the church of St Sorlin d'Arves, at the foot of the Croix de Fer pass and within the ski area of LES SYBELLES, access to the slopes and shopping facilities is very easy on foot (about 10 minutes) or even quicker with the free shuttle bus.
