The living area of 40 m², opening onto a terrace of 15 m² offering a panoramic view of the mountains and the Sybelles area, combines a fully equipped modern kitchen, a friendly dining area and a comfortable lounge. Imagine preparing a meal while your loved ones relax on the sofa, admiring the sunrise over the snowy peaks, or simply enjoying a moment of calm in the heart of the village.

On the ground floor, you will enjoy a shower room with WC, for immediate comfort.

Upstairs, the sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, a children's room with a bunk bed and two single beds, a queen size or twin bedroom, a bathroom, a shower room and a separate WC.

After a day on the slopes or a hike, everyone can rest in complete privacy, while the kitchen and the large table invite to friendly dinners with family or friends.

Ideal location in a quiet area but very close to the ski lifts and the toboggan run, with many hiking opportunities nearby.
Area close to the St Sorlin d'Arves church, at the foot of the Croix de Fer pass and on the LES SYBELLES ski area, access to the slopes and shops is very easy on foot (approximately 10 minutes) or even faster by free shuttle, or in summer thanks to the free little train.
