On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a shower room, a separate WC, as well as three bedrooms with double beds, and a fourth bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed, accommodating a total of 10 people.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, electric coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine, toaster, and all the crockery for 10 people.

You will also appreciate its superb entrance with large storage, washing machine, tumble dryer, and electric shoe dryer.

RESIDENCE LES CHALETS DE L'ARVAN II:
Ideal location in a quiet area but very close to the chairlifts and the toboggan slope, with numerous hiking opportunities nearby. The area is close to the church of St Sorlin d'Arves, at the foot of the Croix de Fer pass and on the LES SYBELLES ski area, with easy access to the slopes and shopping facilities within walking distance (about 10 minutes) or even quicker via the free bus shuttle.

Parking is available close to the chalet (residence parking).

Swimming pool accessible for free in summer during the residence's opening from July 7 to August 25.
