We particularly liked the beautiful and pleasant heated indoor pool.

Très agréable séjour dans une belle résidence. Très bon accueil.

Vous avez été super du début à la fin. Le service client est efficace à l’écoute et particulièrement courtois. La clarté des informations, notamment pour le transport ( train + transfert etc ) est particulièrement appréciable. Pour finir un rapport qualité prix excellent nous permettant de partir en famille avec un budget restreint tout en conservant un standing élevé. Sincèrement merci. Étant modeste, sans votre prestation nous n’aurions tout simplement pas eu de vacances d’hiver cette année.

Ligging was prima aan de piste. Wanneer er voldoende sneeuw was geweest tenminste, maar daar kunnen ze niets aan doen. Appartement was mooi en goed voorzien van apparatuur. Dame aan de receptie bij aankomst was heel vriendelijk en onze kamer was al vroeg gereed wat heel fijn was. Er waren een aantal verbeterpunten: - belangrijkste vond ik de welness. We hadden voor dit verblijf speciaal gekozen vanwege de welness die er super uitzag. De helft van de sauna's was uitgezet vanwege stroombesparing hierdoor bleven er maar 2 of soms 3 over en was het veel te druk waardoor je er zelden gebruik van kon maken. De stoomcabines stonden allemaal uit. In het bubbelbad stond vanaf 16 jaar, maar er was geen toezicht en zat vol met ouders en babies waardoor we daar door drukte ook geen gebruik van konden maken. Enige wat overbleef was het zwembad wat niet goed verwarmd werd. Dit was echt een enorme tegenvaller waardoor we niet meer naar dit verblijf zullen teruggaan. - We hadden 70 euro betaald voor de parkeergarage omdat daar 1 oplader voor de electrische auto was. Deze bleek helaas stuk waardoor we onze auto niet hebben kunnen opladen en we meteen na afdalen van de berg een uur hebben moeten laden.
