3ème année dans la même résidence et toujours aussi satisfait SAUF cette année pour le ménage: poubelle de la salle de bain pas vidée, des restes de produits dans les placards, le savon des précédents locataires qui est resté dans la douche, des cheveux dans le bac à douche, des papiers des locataires précédents qui trainent, l'évier complètement bouché, du produit décapant sur la plaque elec et dans le four mais pas nettoyé et je passe les petits détails. Bref un ménage ni fait ni à faire que nous avons dû refaire en arrivant !!!

Appartement spacieux, bien décoré, agréable avec beaucoup de rangement, équipement de qualité. Le négatif est l'isolation phonique, on entend les voisins du dessus parler et le bruit des chaises. Quasiment pas d'eau chaude le matin.
