Its biggest advantage is its location, all you have to do is take the lift and you're right on the snow front, with a shopping arcade offering restaurants, bars, supermarkets and ski hire shops. You can go to the resort's heated outdoor swimming pool to relax."

The residence is at the foot of the slopes and 150 metres from the ESF and Club Piou-Piou. Shops and restaurants are less than 50 metres away. The building has 9 floors with lifts, and the flats are fully equipped with balcony or terrace.
