Spacious, well-equipped, well-located. Complicated elevator availability at departure times for an apartment located on the 10th floor.

Spacious apartment but we were five people in an apartment meant for ten. Unfortunately, we were promised one or two balconies, but they were not there. One balcony was inaccessible and the other was more of a passageway. It's a shame because with such nice weather, we could have enjoyed it even more. We did have an extra room and shower, which was really nice for our children. Overall, we enjoyed our stay; the apartment was right by the slopes, which made it very convenient. It was also on the quieter side of the building, which is a big advantage for a family with three children.

Residence and apartment very good, staff very present and helpful.

The accommodation was spacious and well laid out. The reception staff were exceptional. A small downside concerning cleanliness. Close to amenities, just a stone's throw from the ski lifts, the children's area, and the ESF meeting point. The Travelski after-sales service is very competent and responsive.
