The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (ideally for 4), with a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people, a double bed in the bedroom, and a closed entrance with 2 bunk beds (please note that the upper sleeping area is not suitable for children under 6 years old). The shower room is equipped with a shower and the toilet is separate. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a combined oven, electric hobs, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.

The apartment also includes a flat-screen TV, a ski locker, and an outdoor parking space reserved for the residence with access via a fob (unallocated space). Heating and hot water are individual and electric.
