General description of the residence
Studio mezzanine located in the Cintra residence (building B), 450 metres from the slopes and at the foot of the shopping facilities. With a surface area of 27 m² (+ 9 m² of space lower than 1.80 m), it is situated on the third floor without a lift and has a north-facing balcony.
The accommodation can host up to 5 people (ideal for 4). It includes an entrance with two bunk beds (the upper sleeping area is not suitable for children under 6 years) and a mezzanine equipped with a double bed (140 cm) and a child’s bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The WC is separate.
The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a microwave, two electric hobs, and a refrigerator. The apartment has a television and a DVD player.
A ski locker is provided. Heating and hot water are individual.
Additional services are offered at the time of booking: end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental for bedding and towels, baby equipment. Bed linen is included for any booking made between December and April, excluding short stays. Discounts of up to 35% are offered on ski passes and equipment rentals. Pets are accepted with a supplement per animal and per week.
