General description of the residence
2-room apartment + mezzanine – Residence Eden Roc
Ideal for a family getaway in the mountains, this cosy apartment accommodates up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). It is located just 1000 metres from the slopes and 450 metres from shopping facilities, in a calm and pleasant environment.
The south-facing balcony offers a beautiful unobstructed view, perfect for enjoying the sunshine after a day outdoors. The 40 m² apartment is situated on the first floor of the residence (without a lift).
The bedroom has bunk beds (the upper sleeping area is not suitable for children under 6 years old). Upstairs, the mezzanine features a comfortable double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm.
The shower room is separate from the toilet for added comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, and dishwasher.
For your comfort, you also have access to a television, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a ski locker, and covered parking. Heating and hot water are individual and electric.
Additional services are available: end-of-stay cleaning (ranging from 55 € to 200 €), towel rental, sheet rental (included from December to April except for short stays), baby equipment. You can also benefit from discounts of up to 35% on your ski passes and equipment.
