General description of the residence
This 34 m² studio is ideally situated at the foot of the slopes and 500 metres from the shopping facilities, in a quiet environment with an unobstructed view. The apartment is located on the ground floor, accessible by a few steps, and features a south-west facing terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun.
It comprises a sleeping area in the entrance with two bunk beds (the top bunk is not suitable for children under six years old), as well as a living room with a sofa bed for two people. The bathroom is separated from the toilet by a sliding door.
The kitchenette is functional and well-equipped: combined microwave oven, three induction hobs, dishwasher and refrigerator. In terms of comfort, the apartment has a flat-screen TV, a ski locker and an outdoor parking space reserved (no.9). Heating and hot water are provided by individual electric installations. The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
In addition, many services are available for booking: end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental, baby equipment. And for your winter holidays, enjoy discounts of up to -35% on ski passes and equipment rental. Bed linen is included for all bookings made between December and April (excluding short stays).
