Three-room apartment located in the Fleur'Alpes residence, 320 metres from the main gondola and the ski school meeting points, and 350 metres from the centre of the Carroz resort. Covering an area of 48 m², it is situated on the third floor without a lift and boasts a south-facing balcony.

The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a living room equipped with a sofa bed for two, a bedroom with two bunk beds, and a second bedroom with two single beds. It includes a shower room with a toilet.

The kitchenette is equipped with four electric hobs, an oven, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. A flat-screen TV is available.
