About Appartement Lutins LUTB12

Ideally located directly on the Figaro ski slope and only 500 metres from the shops, this duplex is perfect for a family or friends holiday.

With an area of 42 m² (plus 29 m² additional under 1.80 m), the apartment is on the 1st floor of building B (no lift). Its south-facing balcony allows you to enjoy beautiful brightness and an unobstructed view.

Bedroom 1: one double bed

Bedroom 2: two pull-out beds

Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (top bunk not recommended for children under 6 years old)

On the sanitary side:

a bathroom with bath and toilet

an ensuite shower room to the double bedroom

Fitted kitchen: combined microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator.

Facilities and comfort: flat screen, washing machine, ski locker, individual electric heating and hot water.
