Located on the 2nd floor with a lift, it has an area of 53 m² and a terrace facing southwest with an unobstructed view.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms: the first with a double bed (160 cm), the second with two single beds and an additional folding bed suitable for a child. The shower room is equipped with a shower, and the WC is separate.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined oven, induction hobs, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The living area has a flat-screen TV. A washing machine is also available.

A private parking space (n°5) as well as a ski locker (n°5) are included. Heating and hot water are provided individually by an electric system. Pets are not allowed in this rental.
