The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of a living room equipped with a sofa bed for two persons, a bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds. The shower room is adjoining one of the bedrooms. An independent bathroom with a bathtub and separate WC complete the sanitary facilities.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, four ceramic hobs, dishwasher, and refrigerator. In terms of multimedia, the accommodation features two flat-screen TVs with USB connections and a DVD player. A washing machine is also available.

The property includes a numbered covered parking space 34 as well as a ski locker on the ground floor (n°03). Heating and hot water are individual. The apartment is non-smoking.
