Beautiful view apartment for 8 people in Orcières with a surface area of 55 m2 comprising:

• Private parking space (no. A012)
• Living room with television and sofa bed
• Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and kettle).
• Two bedrooms with double bed
• Cabin area with bunk beds
• Bathroom with bath
• Balcony

The residence Les Terrasses de la Bergerie is located at the foot of the ski slopes. The rental is situated 100 m from the restaurants, 200 m from the town centre of Orcières and is ideally located for families.

Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are at an additional cost:
- Bedding kit: 16€ / bed
- Towel kit: 12€ / person
- End-of-stay cleaning: 130€

A security deposit of 500€ is required upon arrival.
