General description of the residence
1970s residence, quiet and sunny composed of 4 floors, offering very beautiful views. Free uncovered public parking below the residence. Access is via stairs. The slopes are located approximately 200 metres away and the shops are close (sports shops and convenience store).
Fully renovated apartment of approximately 46m2, composed of a living room with a kitchenette opening onto a double south-facing balcony, a bedroom with a double bed also opening onto the balcony, 1 sleeping area separated by a curtain and another separated by a door, a bathroom and a shower room.
This property is located about 200 metres from the slopes and a staircase provides access to the residence.
Facilities: Dishwasher, family refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine. Television. Rented with two ski lockers.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 2x2 bunk beds (recommended for children aged 6 and over only)
Sanitary facilities: One bathroom with a bathtub and a shower room with WC and a separate WC.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an extra charge. You have the opportunity to book your ski lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by bank card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
Final cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: the furniture must under no circumstances be moved. The fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the restoration of the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics.
