This residence comprises around forty apartments and is equipped with lifts.

Pleasant 1-bedroom apartment of 32m2, well exposed on the 5th level of the residence.
This property consists of an entrance, a bathroom with bathtub and separate WC, a living room with an American kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a single elevated bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room.

Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hobs, television. Rented with a ski storage. Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed and 1 single elevated bed (note width is 130cm)

Sanitary facilities: One bathroom with bathtub and separate WC.

Public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.

Your reception will not be at the residence, but at our agency located at Plan Peisey.

Practical: Bed linens are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an extra charge. You have the option to pre-book your lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.

INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric covers must not be removed from the beds; please leave them clean. The beds must be properly made with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will incur a charge debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing fabric cover, €300 for repositioning furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: charging for odour is €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
