General description of the residence
Departure and return ski on foot: this residence, located less than 5 minutes on foot from the shops and on the edge of the slopes, offers quality apartments with very nice views. Access is by car to unload luggage and there is free covered public parking less than 100 metres away. The entrance at level 0 is accessible for people with reduced mobility as it leads directly to the lifts.
Please note that the lifts do not serve certain floors and it is necessary to take the stairs for some apartments (please contact us).
Located in a residence with a lift offering direct access to the slopes, this apartment of approximately 25m² is on LEVEL 2
It consists of a living room with kitchenette, a south/west facing balcony offering a beautiful unobstructed view, a bathroom with bathtub and separate WC, a cabin with double bed (which touches the walls on 3 sides) and a sleeping area in the entrance with bunk beds.
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, induction hob. Television. Few storage cupboards available.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)
Sanitary facilities: a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for 7-night stays in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You pick up the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be properly dismantled with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for repositioning the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: a charge of €300 for odour cleaning of all fabrics.
