General description of the residence
Residence located in the heart of Vallandry centre, close to the ESF departure and shops, Easy access for people with reduced mobility.
Residence equipped with a lift.
Parking less than 50 metres away.
Completely renovated, this triplex of approximately 45m2 is located on the 5th floor in a residence with a lift in the heart of Vallandry, close to the slopes and shops. It offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the valley.
It consists of an entrance with storage, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet, a bright living room (without sleeping arrangements) with a leather sofa, a kitchenette opening onto a sunny west-facing balcony.
Upstairs, there is a reading corner (glass mezzanine), a bedroom with a double bed, a closed cabin with bunk beds, a shower room.
On the mezzanine, there are 2 single beds.
Equipment: Dishwasher, fridge, microwave, ceramic hob. Washing machine. Television. Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)
Sanitary facilities: a bathroom with bathtub, a shower room and separate toilet.
Public outdoor parking nearby is free. No reservations possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an extra cost. You have the possibility to book your ski passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning is not included.
INFORMATION: the furniture must under no circumstances be moved. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the repositioning of furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge of €300 for cleaning all fabrics due to odour.
