General description of the residence
Residence located in the heart of Vallandry centre, close to the ESF departure and shops, Easy access for people with reduced mobility.
Residence equipped with a lift.
Parking less than 50 metres.
In a charming residence located in the heart of the Vallandry resort and less than 20 metres from ski slopes, we offer a triplex apartment for 8 people located on the 5th floor with a lift and providing a clear view of the entire valley.
The apartment consists of a bathroom with separate wc, a living room (with pull-out sofa), kitchen corner and large furnished balcony.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed 140 cm, a sleeping area with a set of bunk beds and 1 single bed, a shower room with separate wc and also a mezzanine with a double bed and 1 single bed.
The apartment is rented with a ski locker + 1 cot + 1 high chair.
Amenities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, mini oven, ceramic hobs.
Television.
1 cot + 1 high chair.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 set of pull-out beds, 2 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old).
Sanitary: one bathroom, one shower room, 2 separate toilets.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an extra charge. You have the option to book your ski passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit will need to be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: the furniture must in no case be moved. The fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean. The beds must be properly undone with duvet covers folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the rearrangement of the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge of €300 for odour for cleaning all fabrics.
