General description of the residence
Residence both close to the slopes (30 metres) and the centre of Vallandy, consisting of 56 apartments and 4 floors. The apartments on the upper floors and facing west enjoy a very beautiful unobstructed view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with a lift and there is a communal parking area nearby.
Standard small studio of 18.50m², close to the slopes and shopping facilities. STANDARD.
Rented for 2 to 4 people, the apartment is equipped with an entrance with two bunk beds, a kitchen area open to a lounge with a bench + pull-out bed and a shower room with toilet.
Facilities: Refrigerator, mini oven, electric hob. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.
Bedding: 1 set of pull-out beds, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)
Sanitary facilities: a shower room with toilet
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Please note that sheets and towels are not included but you can order them for an additional charge.
You have the possibility to book your ski lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon your arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: the furniture must under no circumstances be moved. The fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean, the beds must be properly undone with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for the reinstatement of the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charging for odour of €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
