Apartment 208 is located on the second floor of the residence.
As soon as you push the door of this prestigious apartment, nestled within a very recent and quiet residence, you are enveloped by the warmth of the wood and the elegance of the refined decor. Here, everything is designed for your holiday to become a moment of pure relaxation and cosiness.

Imagine unpacking your belongings and then falling onto the comfortable sofa, facing the pellet stove that diffuses its gentle warmth. The large bay windows flood the living room with light and offer a spectacular view of the snow-covered mountains. Outside, the village gently comes to life, but inside there is a peaceful atmosphere, conducive to relaxation.

The open and modern kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals, to chat, to laugh, and to share unique moments around the large table. The high-end equipment — dishwasher, large fridge, oven, coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine, and complete tableware for 6 people — makes every preparation simple and enjoyable, whether for a family dinner or a brunch after a morning on the slopes.

The sleeping area, spacious, bright, and carefully decorated, offers three double bedrooms with King Size beds, one of which has an en-suite shower room, as well as a second shower room with WC. Each room is a cocoon of comfort, a place to rest and dream after an active day in the mountains.

The balcony, accessible from the living room, allows you to marvel at every moment: watching the sun play on the peaks, admiring the skiers zooming down the slopes, or simply breathing in the pure and invigorating air of the Alps.

The apartment is located in the LES AIGUILLES residence, situated between the town hall and the church of St Sorlin d'Arves.
The location is perfect: in the heart of the village, immediately close to restaurants and ski shops (100 m), with access to the slopes, the ski school, the daycare, and the tourist office approximately 600 m away. The free shuttle in winter and the little train in summer facilitate your movements in the village and the surrounding area.
