General description of the residence
Ideally located, on the snow front and in the heart of Vallandry, close to shopping facilities, this residence is very practical for families with small children. There is no lift and parking is located below the residence (stairs).
Apartment of 35m² classified 2* and 2 Paradiski crystals, situated in a residence in the heart of Vallandry with direct access to the snow front (departure and return ski-in ski-out).
Rented for 4 to 6 people, it consists of an entrance, a sleeping area with two bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with separate WC, and a kitchen area open to the living room equipped with a sofa bed + pull-out bed.
The apartment is south-facing and has a balcony.
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, mini oven, microwave, induction hob. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.
Bedding: 1 double bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 set of pull-out beds.
Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate WC.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You have the possibility to book your lift passes, your ski equipment, and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean. The beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will incur charges deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for repositioning the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for cleaning of all fabrics for odour.
