General description of the residence
Location: The Grand Tetras Residence (formerly part of the NEMEA group) offers a green and wooded setting with large gardens at the edge of the forest. Located 400 metres from the village centre, it is a 10-minute walk along the Giffre with direct access to lovely walking paths, cycling routes, and snowshoe trails in Samoëns in the Vallons area.
Grand Tetras features a games room with a lounge, library, table tennis, billiards, foosball, free wifi at reception, a bike storage room (subject to availability), and also offers a paid communal laundry room.
Each apartment in this residence enjoys free and unlimited access to the indoor pool, outdoor pool (in summer), and a gym with 4 fitness bikes.
They also come with a private ski locker, a private underground parking space, and for larger vehicles, parking is available outdoors.

The apartment is easily accessible by car or bus, taking 1 hour from Geneva Airport, 2 hours 30 minutes from Lyon, and 2 hours by train + bus from Geneva.
In winter: free buses 3 minutes from the apartment (stop Les Beules) serve the Grand Massif Express and Vercland chairlifts (ski), the Nordic areas of Joux Plane and Sixt Fer à Cheval, as well as the village centre.
In summer: buses serving the Samoëns valley, Sixt Cirque du Fer à Cheval.
Private Apartment: Comfortable and pleasant, this 46m² accommodation features a balcony, terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. On-site, you can also enjoy a communal pool. Additional services such as towel rental are available at an extra charge.
