The apartment is well soundproofed (2 bay windows) - Electric heating. 1 private parking space in the basement in another residence 300m away.
Description: - Entrance hall + Mountain corner equipped with 2 single bunk beds (90) - A living dining area equipped with 1 rapido sofa for 2 people (140) + 1 TV - Kitchenette equipped (2 vitro-ceramic hot plates and 1 combi-grill microwave, Magimix coffee machine (pods required), refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, toaster, high and low storage cupboard with kitchenware) - A shower room (shower, sink, suspended WC) - electric heating - access to the balcony with garden furniture, view of the shopping street - Ski box.
