General description of the residence
To rent Les Gets: Comfortable, bright and well-maintained studio cabin with an area of 25 m² equipped for a maximum of 4 people on the 1st floor of the residence "LE PRAZ DU SOLEIL". Located 300 m from the shopping street and 400 m from the ESF and the slopes. On the ground floor of building A of the residence, there is a laundrette and a bakery. A private garage parking in the communal basement of the residence. Electric heating.
Comprising: Entrance - Equipped kitchenette (2 ceramic hobs and electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso Inissia pod coffee machine, kettle, storage cupboards with cookware) - Living-dining room equipped with 1 sofa bed for 2 people (140) + 1 TV, access to the balcony + garden furniture, with unobstructed view - Closed cabin area separated by a blackout curtain equipped with 2 single bunk beds (90) - Bathroom (bathtub, sink) - Independent WC - Ski box - Electric heating
