Located in the "BENEVY" district, behind the medical office, very close to shops and ski lifts. 1 private outdoor parking space next to the chalet. Technical room to store skis and mountain bikes. Electric heating.
Description: Large south-facing corner terrace - Entrance to the open kitchen corner equipped (sink, fridge, 4 gas burners and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker to provide capsules) - living room with TV area and stereo - dining area equipped - shower room (shower, washbasin, washing machine) - separate wc - access to the upstairs under the roof gable with exposed beams: 1st bedroom equipped with 1 double bed (140) + storage - 2nd bedroom equipped with 1 double bed (140) + storage - 3rd crossing bedroom equipped with 1 single sofa bed (80) + 1 single pull-out bed (80) - 4th bedroom equipped with *1 double bed (140).
