General description of the residence
Bright apartment for 8 people 3 bedrooms, new, high standing of 100 m², decorated in a contemporary and warm style
Located near the ice rink and the centre of the resort, a Ski Bus stop at the end of the access path to the residence (approx. 100m). South-facing with a breathtaking view.
The apartment includes:
A very nice and bright living room:
- Living room with 1 sofa, TV and Wifi; allowing access to a spacious balcony
- Balcony/terrace of 12m² with superb unobstructed view of the ski slopes
- Open kitchen with serving hatch; well equipped:
induction cooking hob (3 burners), 1 traditional oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle.
The bedrooms and bathrooms:
- Corridor with "wardrobe area"
- Bedroom (1) with 1 double bed 2 m x 2 m
- Bedroom (2) with 3 single beds, toys, books
- Bedroom (3) en suite with 1 double bed of 160cm (1x 2 pers) and 1 sofa bed
- Bathroom with WC
- Shower room with WC with washing machine/Dryer
The bedrooms are all equipped with storage
The fireplace can of course be used with the wood belonging to the tenants. However, the owners' wood stored on the balcony must not be used under any circumstances.
- Parking: 1 parking space in the underground garage of the co-ownership (accessible by lift) non-private spaces nearby on the communal parking of the residence
