General description of the residence
Discover this magnificent new apartment of 100 m², ideally located near the ice rink and the centre of the resort. Just a few steps from the Ski Bus stop, located approximately 100 metres from the residence, you will enjoy a convenient location for easy access to the slopes and the activities of the resort.
South-facing, the apartment benefits from a superb unobstructed view of the mountains and ski slopes. Decorated in a contemporary, warm, and elegant style, it offers a comfortable and bright setting for a family or friends stay.
Spacious and friendly, it has three bedrooms: a first bedroom with a very large king-size bed of 200 × 200 cm, a second bedroom with three single beds, as well as a third ensuite bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm and a double sofa bed.
The apartment also includes a very nice bright living area with a lounge space equipped with a sofa, a television, and Wi-Fi, as well as direct access to a pleasant 12 m² balcony-terrace offering an impressive view of the slopes.
The open kitchen, perfectly equipped, includes an induction hob with 3 burners, a conventional oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle.
In terms of comfort, the apartment has two bathrooms: one bathroom with a bathtub and WC, as well as a shower room with WC and washer-dryer. All bedrooms benefit from plenty of storage space. A cloakroom area is also arranged in the hallway.
You can enjoy the fireplace to enhance your evenings and create a warm atmosphere. The wood used must be that brought by the tenants; the wood belonging to the owners and stored on the balcony must in no case be used.
For your comfort, a parking space is available in the underground garage of the building, accessible by elevator. Additional non-private spaces are also available in the collective parking of the residence.
