General description of the residence
Residence built in 2023 with covered parking. Located 300m from the slopes (2 possible access), the shops are at the foot of the residence. The south-facing apartments are very sunny and benefit from a beautiful view of the mountain.

117m² apartment rated 3* with a private parking space, located on the 2nd level of a new residence with shops at the foot and the Peisey chairlift 300m away.
This high-end apartment is rented for 10 people. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed opening onto the terrace, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, one bathroom, one shower room with washer/dryer, 2 separate toilets and an equipped kitchen open to the living room leading to a south-facing terrace.
The little extra: Sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding short stays).
Facilities: Dishwasher, freezer refrigerator, combination oven, 4-burner induction hob. Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, TV, Washer/dryer.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 4 single beds, 2 sets of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)

Practical: You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: the furniture must under no circumstances be moved. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean. The beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for repositioning the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge of €300 for odour for cleaning all fabrics.
