General description of the residence
Small residence of two floors, quiet and sunny with 4 entrances serving each 4 apartments all south facing. This residence is located below the slopes, the chairlift and the VANOISE EXPRESS (access via stairs in 5 minutes). No lift.
Free public parking and not covered about a hundred metres away.
Access is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties as it is via a staircase.
Apartment classified ** of 33m², south facing, located in a residence close to slopes and shops as well as the Vanoise Express (link to LA PLAGNE). The apartment consists of a sleeping area with two bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and separate WC, an open kitchen leading to a living room with a sofa bed + pull-out bed.
Access to the building and the slopes is via stairs.
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, electric hobs. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 set of pull-out beds.
Sanitary: 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate WC
Public outdoor parking free nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an extra charge. You can book your ski lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit will need to be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric underlays must not be removed from the beds left clean. The beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in charges deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing underlay, €300 for the reinstatement of furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charging for odour of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics.
