The accommodation was very cozy, clean, and functional. It has all the necessary amenities. The little extra would be to have the beds made upon arrival.

Excellent stay, the weather, the snow, the resort, the residence – everything was perfect.

As a family, we appreciated the spacious accommodations, the direct access to the slopes, and the close proximity to the ESF ski school. The sauna and heated pool after skiing were a real bonus. I did not try the on-site restaurant. The accommodations are just a 10-minute walk from the center of Flaine.

Great location, really at the foot of the slopes. The staff at the residence are very welcoming. The only small downside is the temperature of the pool water, which is slightly cooler compared to other residences I've stayed at, so we only went there once. Otherwise, excellent!!!!

The building dates back to the 1980s, and the apartments are more or less renovated. Generally, the faucets could be replaced with single-lever mixers, and the old convectors could be swapped for more modern and energy-efficient radiators. Regarding the specific accommodation ANA706, which is quite similar to the others, it lacks a proper wardrobe, and please replace the television, which is no bigger than a laptop, and some laptops are even larger. The location, just 200 meters from the slopes, is very good.

Absolutely PERFECT, nothing to complain about, a newly renovated apartment that is extremely well equipped and organized, a lot of dishes available (a real plus), top-notch heating, a fantastic bathroom with great water pressure in the shower, a very comfortable sofa bed, full-size dishwasher, stunning view of the mountain, and a huge ski locker. Honestly, for 2 people it’s truly ideal, we had a wonderful stay.

Poorly insulated accommodation. Apartment located beneath seasonal occupants returning at 2 AM. Noise and disturbances until 5 AM every night. Did not sleep during our stay. Did not understand why we were placed below people with different schedules from holidaymakers. Could not fully enjoy our stay because we were too tired.

Great residence with a pool and a nice warm little pool for the kids. And two large spas that are perfect! Just a small downside regarding the cleanliness of the shower in the apartment.
