Functional apartment. Easy and attentive check-in by the agency. Very nice stay.

Not up to 5 stars! Arrived at 5 PM. Good welcome. We had to go back to reception three times to find our parking spot. Poor signage... Had to request the dog kit, which included a bowl that was three times the size of my dog. Did not receive the treats. Such a shame considering the additional fee of 95 euros. Also had to remind reception several times. We were missing a pillow, duvet, and sheet for our daughter. All these steps were handled in multiple stages. Cleaning was not great. The bedding in the room had a very soft mattress! The pillow was also lumpy and not comfortable! Unstable Wi-Fi! To access the pool and spa, you have to go through the parking lot or outside areas, which is not great in a robe and slippers! Once again, the 5-star experience did not meet expectations!... Pans in bad condition.

Very kind and attentive owners welcomed us. The apartment is very well located for skiing in the Grand Massif area. Restaurants and shops are just a 2-minute walk away. Excellent!

Unfortunately, there were many issues with picking up the ski pass that needed to be reserved through Travelski.

It seems very difficult for 8 people to stay in this 3-room cabin.

The MMV is brand new, so it's very beautiful. The bedding is excellent, but be aware that the sofa in the living room is a sofa bed with a rather thin mattress. Otherwise, there are 3 bedrooms, including one with a bunk bed. There is a spa outside with a pool, sauna, and hammam reserved for guests over 16 years old, but of course, the guests don’t respect this and the children come and go. The parking is charged at €80 per week. The baby club costs €110 for the morning or afternoon. I did not find the entertainers to be exceptional. There is a dishwasher in the accommodation that cleans well, a fondue machine, and a filter coffee maker.
