The stay went very well. There were a few issues with finalizing the cart during the booking process, but the Travelski team, reachable by phone, was able to assist me in completing the reservation.

Normally, everything goes well with you. The apartment was perfect in itself, except for one detail: 3rd floor and an elevator that was out of order for a good part of the week. Your customer service was responsive in calling me quickly, but it’s not you who handles after-sales service… Investments need to be considered to have an elevator worthy of its function or to lower the prices.

Aging electronic equipment. The shower was either very cold or burning hot. The residence is located far from the resort center, with the children's club and ESF (To save time, we had to take a dangerous and slippery path). Otherwise, you have to take the road which requires a big detour.

We had booked through this site for a stay from March 9th to March 16th in Saint Francois Longchamps. Upon our arrival, we were lodged in apartment 603 of the GRAND PIC building. Having booked the comfort option, we expected to have a small but functional and clean studio. However, when we entered the accommodation, we noticed that no cleaning had been done (hair in the drawers, dusty and sticky floor, dirty linen under the trundle bed, strong stale odor...). Additionally, when we went to take a shower, we noticed that the shower was leaking. We had come with other couples who had also booked similar types of accommodations, and we realized that the quality and layout of the apartments varied greatly.

Accommodation is top-notch and right at the foot of the slopes. Well equipped with a vacuum for luggage. Shuttle services are available to get to the center of the resort where all the entertainment is located. The shuttle schedule does not match the ESF class times for the children.

Superb apartment, very well equipped and clean! The amenities are modern and functional.

It was great, the welcome is warm, the resort is really stylish and the apartment is really nice at the foot of the slopes!
