General description of the residence
Tourist residence offering hammam, swimming pool and sauna; It is located below the slopes 5 minutes (access by stairs) from the ESF meeting place, the Vanoise Express and the chairlift and close to the nursery.
This residence includes around forty apartments and is equipped with lifts.
Apartment of 70m2: 4 bedrooms including 1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and 2 with 2 bunk beds, 1 shower room + 1 bathroom, separate WC, living room with 2 single beds and fitted kitchen opening onto a large balcony with table and chairs, offering a beautiful valley view. The residence is close to the slopes.
Amenities: Dishwasher, family refrigerator, microwave, oven, vitroceramic hobs, Television. Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2*2 bunk beds.
Sanitary facilities: One bathroom and one shower room and separate WC.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Facilities accessible in the residence: hammam, sauna, indoor pool, laundry.
Your welcome is not at the residence, but at our agency located in Plan Peisey.
The little extra: Sheets and towels provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays).
Practical: You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon your arrival by bank card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must under no circumstances be moved. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. Beds must be properly undone with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for restoring the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics.
