General description of the residence
Tourism residence offering hammam, swimming pool and sauna; It is located below the slopes 5 minutes (access by stairs) from the ESF meeting point, the Vanoise Express and the chairlift and near the nursery.
This residence includes about forty apartments and is equipped with elevators.
Apartment of 70m2: 4 bedrooms including 1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and 2 with 2 bunk beds, 1 shower room + 1 bathroom, separate WC, living room with 2 single beds and fitted kitchen leading onto a large balcony with table and chairs, offering a beautiful valley view. The residence is near the slopes.
Amenities: Dishwasher, family refrigerator, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, television. 1 baby bed. Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2*2 bunk beds.
Sanitary: One bathroom and one shower room and separate WC.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Facilities accessible in the residence: hammam, sauna, indoor pool, laundry.
Your welcome is not at the residence, but at our agency located in Plan Peisey.
The little extra: Bed linen and towels provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays).
Practical: You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon your arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not, under any circumstances, be moved. The fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean. Beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for putting the furniture back in place.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charging for odour of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics.
