This small residence is located on the edge of the slopes (departure and return on skis). It consists of 4 floors with a lift and the apartments offer very nice views of the slopes. A pedestrian path close to the building allows you to reach the resort centre and shops in 5 minutes on foot. There is also a shuttle bus stop near the residence. It is possible to park on the roadside 5 minutes away. However, you can park in front of the residence for unloading only.

Comfortable apartment of approximately 50m2, located in a residence on the edge of the slopes, offering direct access to the ski area.
It consists of an entrance with storage, a bedroom with a double bed of 140cm with direct access to the balcony, a second bedroom with a double bed of 120cm, a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate WC.
The kitchen is open to a cosy living room with a corner sofa and a large table that can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The apartment is south/west facing and has a furnished balcony (table + chairs) so you can fully enjoy your stay and a very nice view of the slopes and the BELLECOTE massif and the Versant du Soleil.

Facilities: Dishwasher, fridge, microwave, ceramic hobs, mini oven. Television. Rented with a ski locker.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed of 140cm, 1 double bed of 120cm, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)

Sanitary: 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate WC
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You have the option to book your ski passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by bank card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric underlays must not be removed from the beds and left clean, the beds must be properly made with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing underlay, €300 for rearranging the furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
