General description of the residence
Recent residence (2006), located on the snow front, in immediate proximity to the VANOISE EXPRESS and the chairlift, where the ESF and the nursery are located. Ideal for families with young children. This residence consists of 33 apartments with covered parking spaces (for most apartments).
Comfortable apartment of 40 m² located in a secured residence built in 2006 in Plan Peisey. Ski departures and returns at the foot of the slopes, ESF gathering and nursery at the foot of the residence as well as a space in covered parking.
This apartment rented for 4 people consists of an entrance, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a separate toilet, an open kitchen leading to the living room equipped with a convertible sofa for 2 persons.
This apartment features a large terrace accessible from the living room and the bedroom.
Located on the 6th floor, with a lift, you will enjoy a pleasant view of the slopes from the terrace.
Amenities: Dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hobs. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 1 convertible sofa
Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet.
Practical: Sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon arrival at the agency.
Sports shop, ESF and nursery in the residence.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved in any case. Fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean. Beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for the reinstatement of furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
