General description of the residence
Residence both close to the slopes (30 metres) and the centre of Vallandy, consisting of 56 apartments and 4 floors. The west-facing apartments on the upper floors enjoy a very nice unobstructed view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with a lift and there is a communal parking area in the immediate vicinity..
Apartment of 23 m² located on the 2nd floor with lift in a residence in Vallandry only 50 metres from the slopes and shops. Close to the centre of Vallandry, you will not need to use your vehicle to go to the cinema, restaurant or shops.
Rented for 4 people, this apartment consists of a kitchenette and living room with 1 sofa bed, a cabin equipped with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets.
The apartment is east-facing and has a balcony.
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, ceramic hob, TV.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 bunk beds, 2 single beds,
Sanitary facilities: a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.
Practical: Bed linens are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bathroom towels can be ordered for an additional charge. You have the option to book your ski passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit will be required upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be given without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean, beds must be properly undone with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the rearrangement of the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charging for odour of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics.
