General description of the residence
The residence du Belvédère is a building from the 1970s located in a quiet area of the Aiguilles district, at 1650 m altitude in the Plan-Peisey resort. The accommodations are panoramic and face from south-east to south-west. The ski slopes are just 50 metres away and within a perimeter of 100 metres you will find the resort centre, the ski school and the shopping facilities.
Bright apartment of 31m², rated 2*, fully renovated, located on the 4th floor without a lift (entrance on the 3rd) in a quiet residence in Plan Peisey, on the edge of the slopes.
Rented for 4-5 people, it consists of an entrance with a fold-down bed for 1 person, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room with washing machine and separate WC, a kitchen area leading to a living room with a convertible sofa.
The apartment faces South-West and access to the slopes is immediate.
Facilities: Dishwasher, family refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hobs. Washing machine. Television. Rented with a ski locker.
Bedding: 2 single beds, 1 set of trundle beds, 1 fold-down bed
Sanitary: one shower room and separate WC
Possibility to use the closed and uncovered parking located at the foot of the residence depending on availability and without reservation.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You have the option to book your ski lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean. Beds should be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for restoring the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
