The residence of Belvedere is a building from the 1970s, located peacefully in the Aiguilles area, at an altitude of 1650 m in the Plan-Peisey resort. The apartments are panoramic and face southeast to southwest. The ski slopes are just 50 metres away, and within a 100-metre radius, you will find the resort centre, the ski school, and shopping facilities.

This bright 31m² apartment, rated 2*, has been fully renovated and is located on the 4th floor without a lift (entrance at the 3rd) in a quiet residence at Plan Peisey, alongside the slopes.
Accommodating 4-5 people, it consists of an entrance with a fold-down bed for one person, a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room with a washing machine, and a separate toilet, along with a kitchen corner opening onto a living room with a convertible sofa.
The apartment is southwest-facing, and access to the slopes is immediate.

Facilities: Dishwasher, family refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction plates. Washing machine. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.

Sleeping arrangements: 2 single beds, 1 set of bunk beds, 1 fold-down bed.

Sanitary facilities: one shower room and a separate toilet.
Parking available in a closed and uncovered area at the foot of the residence based on availability and without reservation.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.

Practices: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bathroom towels can be ordered for an additional charge. You have the option to pre-book your ski passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the pre-booked services upon your arrival at the agency.

INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The bed covers must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. Beds must be stripped properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in charges deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing cover, €300 for the repositioning of furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for odour due to cleaning of all fabrics.
