General description of the residence
This small residence is situated on the edge of the slopes (departure and return skis on). It consists of 4 floors with a lift, and the apartments offer very nice views of the slopes. A pedestrian path near the building allows you to reach the resort centre and shopping facilities in 5 minutes on foot. There is also a bus shuttle stop near the residence. There is the possibility of parking by the roadside 5 minutes away. There is also a bus shuttle stop near the residence. Car garage in the residence.
Apartment of 70m², ideally located in a residence in Vallandry on the edge of the slope.
Rented for 9 people, it comprises 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140cm), a dormitory room with 5 single beds, a bathroom, a shower room, and 1 separate toilet, a kitchen open to the dining area, and a cosy and comfortable living room (no sleeping area). You have access to a garage in the residence.
The apartment is South-facing and has a furnished terrace (table + chairs) so that you can fully enjoy your stay and a very nice view of the slopes and the BELLECOTE massif.
Facilities: Dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, traditional oven, induction plates. Television. Garage. Rented with a ski locker located on level 1, direct exit to the slopes.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 double beds, 5 single beds.
Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom, 1 shower room.
Practical: Sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays). You have the option to book your lift passes, your ski equipment, and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid on arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: the furniture must under no circumstances be moved. The fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean; the beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to observe these instructions will be subject to a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the repositioning of furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charging for odour €300 for cleaning of all fabrics.
