This small residence is located at the edge of the slopes (departure and return on skis). It consists of 4 floors with a lift, and the apartments offer very beautiful views of the slopes. A pedestrian path close to the building allows you to reach the resort centre and shops in 5 minutes on foot. There is also a shuttle bus stop near the residence. There is the possibility to park by the roadside 5 minutes away. However, you can park in front of the residence to unload only.

Rented for 6 people, it consists of one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), one bedroom with two single beds, a sleeping area with two bunk beds, a bathroom, a shower room with wc, an open kitchen to the dining area, and a cozy and comfortable living room (no sleeping).
The apartment is south-facing and has a furnished balcony (table + chairs) so you can fully enjoy your stay and a very beautiful view of the slopes and the BELLECOTE massif.

Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, induction hobs. WIFI Television. Rented with a ski locker located at level 0 (outside, access under the porch facing the slope exit).

Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old).

Sanitary: 1 bathroom, 1 shower room.

Practical: Bed linen and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). You have the possibility to book your ski passes, your ski equipment, and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon your arrival by bank card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
Cleaning at the end of the stay not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must under no circumstances be moved. The fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean; the beds must be properly undone with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the reassembly of the furniture.
