General description of the residence
Residence from the 70s, quiet and sunny, composed of 4 floors, offering very beautiful views. Free uncovered communal parking below the residence. Access is via stairs. The slopes are about 200 metres away and shops are nearby (sports shops and supermarket).
Charming 20m² apartment rated 2* and 3 crystals, in a quiet and sunny residence, located approximately 200 metres from the slopes and 50 metres from shops (supermarket, sports shop)
South-facing, it offers you a beautiful view of the valley bottom.
For 4 people, this apartment consists of an entrance with 2 bunk beds, a living room equipped with a convertible sofa bed, a kitchenette as well as a shower room with WC.
Ideal for a family stay.
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, induction hob. Television. Rented with a ski locker.
Bedding: 1 set of sofa beds, 2 bunk beds (recommended for children from 6 years old).
Sanitary: One shower room with WC.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for 7-night stays in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You have the possibility to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be issued without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean, the beds must be correctly made with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for restoring the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charging for odour of €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
