General description of the residence
This recent residence is located opposite the medical office and the pharmacy.
Equipped with a lift and garages.
Pleasant 80m2 apartment, rated 3*** consisting of 2 bedrooms with a double bed, one with shower and sink and a cabin with bunk beds, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and separate WC, a living room with 1 sofa bed and equipped kitchen, opening onto a large south-facing terrace offering a beautiful valley view.
The little extra: bed linen and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Excluding summer and short stays).
Facilities: Oven, dishwasher, family refrigerator, microwave, induction plates, 2 Televisions, Blu-ray player, washing machine/dryer, WIFI
Rented with a ski locker n°21 and parking space n°33.
Baby bed - Baby bathtub - Ski lockers and 1 covered parking space.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 double beds, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 2-person sofa bed.
Sanitary: 1 bathroom, 1 shower in a bedroom and separate WC.
Your welcome is not located in the residence but at our agency located in Plan Peisey.
Practical: You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by bank card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved in any case. The fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. Beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for rearranging the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics.
