General description of the residence
Departure and return with skis on: this residence, located less than 5 minutes on foot from shops and on the edge of the slopes offers quality apartments with very beautiful views. Access is by car to unload luggage and there is a free covered communal parking area less than 100 metres away. The ground level entrance is accessible for people with reduced mobility as it leads directly to the lifts.
Please note that the lifts do not serve certain floors and it is necessary to take the stairs for some apartments (please contact us).
Located in a residence with a lift offering direct access to the slopes, this apartment of approximately 25m² is on LEVEL 0 and benefits from an exceptional unobstructed view of Mont Blanc and the slopes.
It consists of a living room with a kitchenette opening onto the balcony, a bathroom with a bath and separate WC, a small bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a sleeping area separate from the living room, in the entrance, with bunk beds and storage cupboards.
A ski locker is available.
Amenities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, mini oven, microwave, electric hobs. Television
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 sets of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)
Sanitary: a bathroom with a bath and separate WC.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Convenient: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit will have to be paid upon your arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric protectors must not be removed from beds and left clean. Mattresses must be properly stripped with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for restoring the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for odour for cleaning all fabrics.
