General description of the residence
Recent residence (2006), located on the snow front, in immediate proximity to the VANOISE EXPRESS and the chairlift, where the ESF and the nursery are located. Ideal for families with young children. This residence consists of 33 apartments with covered parking spaces (for most apartments).
Very pleasant 50 m² apartment situated in a secured residence built in 2006. Ski in and out, ESF gathering and nursery in the residence.
This apartment rented for 4 people consists of an entrance, a living room with well-equipped kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed opening onto the balcony and one with 2 single beds), a shower room and a bathroom with separate toilet.
Located on the 3rd floor, with lift, you will have a view of the valley.
The little extra: Bed linen and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays).
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hobs, washer-dryer. Baby cot. Television. Free WIFI

Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 2 single beds.

You have the possibility to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services on your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: the furniture must in no case be moved. The fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean. Beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 for each missing protector, €300 for relocating the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
