This co-ownership located close to the slopes is less than 5 minutes on foot from the shops. There is a high entrance near which one can park to unload luggage and a low entrance that allows quick access to the shops. A covered and free communal parking area is located opposite the co-ownership, less than 100 metres away. The slopes are easily accessible and very close (about fifty metres). There are several levels of ski lockers and the access instructions will be communicated to you upon arrival.


Apartment classified **, 19.5m², in a residence close to the slopes and shops. Rented for 4 people, the apartment comprises an entrance with storage, a sleeping area with two bunk beds, a bathroom with separate WC, and a kitchen area leading to a living room equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people.
The apartment is south-west facing and also has a balcony. Beautiful view of the valley and the mountains.
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, mini oven, electric hobs. Television. Rented with a ski locker.

Bedding: 1 sofa bed, 2 bunk beds (recommended for children from 6 years old).

Sanitary facilities: One bathroom with bath and a separate WC.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for 7-night stays in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You have the option to book your ski passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: furniture must not under any circumstances be moved. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean, beds must be properly stripped with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for putting the furniture back in place.

NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
