The residence Neige et Soleil, a 4-storey building without a lift, is located in the Soleil district of Plan-Peisey, next to the shopping facilities. This 1980s building has an entrance 50 metres from the road and an outdoor staircase. South-west facing with stunning panoramic views. The slopes and ski school departure point are located 200 metres away.

A communal, unguarded, free parking area is about 200 metres away and there are some roadside spaces close to the building.

This 43m² apartment is situated on the ground floor in a residence near the slopes and shopping facilities.
It is rented for 6 people and consists of:
- a sleeping area with two bunk beds in the entrance, separated from the living room by a door,
- a bathroom with a washing machine,
- separate WC,
- a kitchen opening onto a living area equipped with a sofa,
- a bedroom with 2 bunk beds,
- a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining shower room.

The apartment is south-facing and has a terrace.

Facilities include: dishwasher, refrigerator, combination microwave oven, electric hob, washing machine, television. Rented with a ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.

Sleeping arrangements: 2 sets of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years), 1 double bed.

Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom with separate WC, 1 shower room.
Public outdoor parking available nearby. No reservation possible.

Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You have the possibility to pre-book your ski passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the booked services upon arrival at the agency.

INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. Beds must be properly stripped with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will incur a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for reinstating furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour €300 for cleaning all fabrics.
