The residence Neige et Soleil, of 4 floors without a lift, is located in the Soleil district in Plan-Peisey, next to the shops. This 1980s building has an entrance 50 metres from the road and an outdoor staircase. South-west facades and beautiful panoramic views. The slopes and ski lessons are located 200 metres away.

A public unprotected car park is approximately 200 metres away and there are some roadside spaces near the building.

Apartment of 43m² located on the ground floor in a residence close to the slopes and shops.
Rented for 6 people, it consists of
- a sleeping corner with two bunk beds in the entrance, separated from the living room by a door,
- a bathroom with washing machine
- separate WC,
- a kitchen open to a living room equipped with a sofa,
- a bedroom with 2 bunk beds
- a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room

The apartment is south-facing and has a terrace.

Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, combi microwave, electric hot plates. Washing machine. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency on reservation.

Sleeping arrangements: 2 sets of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 double bed.

Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom with separate WC. 1 shower room
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You have the possibility to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not in any case be moved. The fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. The beds must be properly unmade with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to adhere to these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing fabric protector, €300 for restoring the furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: charge of €300 for cleaning all fabrics due to odour.
