About Appartment Parc CAR24
1970s residence, quiet and sunny with 4 floors, offering beautiful views. Free uncovered communal parking is available below the residence. Access is via stairs. The slopes are approximately 200 metres away and shopping facilities are nearby (sports shops and a small supermarket).
40m² apartment located on the 2nd floor of a residence without a lift. Ideally situated in Plan Peisey, close to the slopes and shopping facilities, an external staircase provides access to the residence.
Accommodating 5 people, this apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. The living area features a convertible sofa for 2 and opens onto a double balcony facing south. The bedroom, equipped with a set of bunk beds and a single bed, also opens onto the balcony, offering a stunning view of the mountains and valley.
Facilities: Dishwasher, fridge + freezer, oven, microwave, electric cooktops. Television.
Rental includes 1 ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 convertible sofa, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children aged 6 and above), 1 single bed.
Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
Practical information: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional charge. You have the option to pre-book your lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the booked services upon arrival at the agency.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean; beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to adhere to these instructions will incur charges deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for repositioning the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for odour removal and cleaning of all fabrics.
