General description of the residence
1970s residence, quiet and sunny with 4 floors, offering very beautiful views. Free uncovered communal parking below the residence. Access is via stairs. The slopes are approximately 200 metres away and the shops are nearby (sports shops and convenience store).
40m² apartment located on the 2nd floor of a residence without a lift. Ideally located in Plan Peisey, close to the slopes and shops, a staircase provides access to the residence.
Rented for 5 people, this apartment is composed of a fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilets. The living room includes a convertible sofa for 2 people and opens onto a double balcony facing full South. The bedroom equipped with a set of bunk beds and a single bed also opens onto the balcony, offering a beautiful view of the mountain and the valley.
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator + freezer, oven, microwave, electric hobs. Television.
Rented with 1 ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 convertible sofa, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 single bed.
Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an extra charge. You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at discounted rates.
You collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit will need to be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean, the beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in charges deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for returning the furniture to its place.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for odour for cleaning all fabrics.
