General description of the residence
Residence both close to the slopes (30 metres) and the centre of Vallandy, consisting of 56 apartments and 4 floors. The apartments on the upper floors with west exposure enjoy a very beautiful unobstructed view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with a lift and there is a public parking nearby.
Apartment of 27 m² located on the 2nd floor with lift in a residence close to the slopes and shops. Situated in the heart of Vallandry, you will not have to use your vehicle to go to the cinema, restaurant or shops. Rented for 4/5 people, this apartment consists of an entrance with two bunk beds, a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, a bedroom with banquette and pull-out bed, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
The apartment is east-facing.
Facilities: Refrigerator, mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction plates. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 set of pull-out beds, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years), 1 sofa bed
Sanitaries: One bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for 7-night stays in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit will need to be paid upon your arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. Beds must be properly stripped with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will be subject to a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for repositioning the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for odour for cleaning of all fabrics.
